Orla is an amazing Pilates instructor. As someone with an ongoing back injury, it was so reassuring to find an instructor who is knowledgeable, accommodating and genuine. From the outset, she was welcoming and approachable. The classes are enjoyable and cater to different skill levels. Orla is very organised and adjusts the exercises so that all attendees are able to participate. After each session, I really feel as though I have had a good work out. Orla is also an expert in prenatal and postnatal Pilates, and I was lucky enough to attend sessions all through my pregnancy in 2019.
